Description

I got a notification e-mail from Flow (yay!), the e-mail body appeared as:

Maryana created a new topic with the title "Welcome to testwiki!
" on User talk:Spage

^there's a here before the closing quote in my mail message

The topic title should not be wrapped in a tag, and if the /newline is added by Flow then it should not be present. I think Flow devs worked on a fix for title handling in commit a7c74886bbf.
