Description

"References" header should be placed before "External links" on en-wiki (see placeBeforeSections dict) but it does place it after categories and stub templates on bottom of the page. See https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Luisa_Rossi&diff=576098062&oldid=575695949 (Bug found on compat but should be also tested for core)
