I agree that having such document would be useful, but it would be even more useful in a wiki page closer to the RfC. Nemo, could you take the lead in this task, please? I will help editing.

Actually, I wanted to see what happens when you copy text in Phabricator and paste it in MediaWiki using VisualEditor... :)
