"More info" link on Special:Notifications has broken localisation

Description

The More info link on Special:Notifications (text displayed by the message Mediawiki:Echo-more-info ) links to the page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Help:Extension:Echo

The localisation of the link is however, broken. For me it leads to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Notifications redirected from https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Help:Extension:Echo&redirect=no

Even though I have interface language set to hindi on mediawiki.org, the english version of the help page is displayed, not the hindi version, which exists at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Notifications/hi

Either the default value of $wgEchoHelpPage should be changed per the redirection, or the page moved back per the default configuration.

This bug can be tested by setting the interface language to hindi on mediawiki.org and hi.wikipedia.org then going to https://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%A4%B5%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B6%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%B7:Notifications and clicking on the link labelled अधिक जानकारी just below the page title.
