Patch for whitelisting domains

I've added a bit of code to SpecialOpenIDLogin.body.php to whitelist
the domains of the emails provided by the OpenID provider. We are
using Google Apps for our company, so this is the easiest way to set
up authentication using our Google accounts for an internal wiki.

Used in conjunction with wgOpenIDForcedProvider, this should be an
effective way to allow access to only one organization's Google Apps
users, or similar set ups for other systems. For example, universities
can set up a wiki accessible to only their users if their single
sign-on system supports OpenID.
