Steps to reproduce:

1.Click on te Edit-beta button
2.Click on the "Settings" button and go to "Categories" section
3.Add a new category
4.Click on the button "Apply Changes"
5.Now click on "Save Page"

Observed Result:
The newly added category is not showing up at the end of the page unless user refreshes it.
