IIRC the wip-plugin relies on the new ChangeScreen, which is not yet
deployed for our gerrit---and since it still suffers some usability
problems, I'd rather stay with the current ChangeScreen for now.
And even more importantly, the required change

for the wip-plugin has only one vote from gerrit's core maintainers:
-2 CR. No update on it since October 9th.
So I'd rather not use wip-plugin for now.
To mark your code as WIP, you can for example use “[WIP]” in the
subject, or vote -1 CR on your WIP changes.
