Entire screen greyed out after hiding a post that's not at the top

Description

I hid a post that wasn't at the top of a discussion, and after typing in my reason for hiding and hitting hide, my entire screen was greyed out. It was only when I scrolled up that I realised I'd been presented with a dialogue at the top of my window (which was off-screen).
