Confirming. Trying to log in into http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org I end up at http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:CentralLogin/complete?token=12345678901234567890123456789012 , getting the same error.
Reloading that page, I am logged in.

Sam did some fix on GettingStarted an hour ago: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/97522/

Note I can login without problem. Can you both try again?
