[Story] option for Special:ItemDisambiguation to redirect to Special:Search if no results

Description

If Special:ItemDisambiguation is to be used as part of the search box chain then we should be able to pass an option to the page to automatically redirect to Special:Search if no items are displayed on the disambiguation.

I want a discussion on this before we start working on this. We need to finalize the discussion we had to figure out if the indirection through Special:ItemDisambiguation is the right thing.

Actually I think it would be better to give the option to create a new item with the provided label. Or perhaps both options.
