See http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/wiki/User_talk:ANI, the topic is rendered as "WP:TPNO violation by [[User:SPECIFICO]] "

You now see "WP:TPNO violation by User:SPECIFICO" and "User:SPECIFICO" is clickable.

Ideally the topic header would use wikitext...but if not, it should at least be consistent.
