Add Wiktionary support to Parsoid cluster

Description

I'm volunteer to make first tests of Wiktionary Parsoid output, but this needs to be configured first on the Parsoid cluster. For now the Wiktionary seems not to be available at all.

If I go to this URL:
http://parsoid-lb.eqiad.wikimedia.org/enwiktionary/Wiktionary:Main_Page
I get the following message:
Cannot GET /enwiktionary/Wiktionary:Main_Page

Remark:
I wanted to report this as a configuration issue on the "Wikimedia" product, but it seems the Parsoid component still doesn't exist so I have request it:
