Why is enwiki the only Wikipedia to send from @wikipedia.org? Is it safe for
us to set 'wikipedia' => '...@wikipedia.org'?

We should figure out what is needed to get other projects to send emails
from their respective domains.

And the default should probably be @wikimedia.org. I think I remember a bug
or discussion somewhere about that...

Because:

by mchenry.wikimedia.org with esmtp (Exim 4.69)
(envelope-from <wiki@wikimedia.org>) [...]

It's the standard email address used by [[m:enotif]]. Ops may create more, in the meanwhile that's what we have.
