adding number limitation for Special:EditWatchlist/raw to show list in limited amount

Description

Now If user (specially bots) has more than 50,000 pages in their watchlist system will crash and shows error:

"Our servers are currently experiencing a technical problem. This is probably temporary and should be fixed soon. Please try again in a few minutes."

As i said in Bug 58257 we can not remove or edit our watchlist (specially bots)

Please add number limitation like below

View (previous 50 | next 50) (20 | 50 | 100 | 250 | 500)

Attempted to clarify the bug summary. A hard limit might also make sense.

Partly redundant with 13250 and 39510. Might be worth a WONTFIX?
