I've spot checked the szlwiki dumps from 20131010 through 20131210 and the barwiki dumps from 20130929 through 20131128, as replicated in Tool Labs at /public/datasets, and saw this issue in all of them.

long since fixed. closing.

er, not so long maybe. but in any case the most recent dump has the tag.

I should note that the way we do xml log dumps now has been updated, see https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/215671/ and so this error is not going to reappear easily.

Confirm for ruwikiversity: latest 20150602 dump is OK, closing tag is in place.
