Who should be in the default CC for bugmail (person should be a maintainer and needs to be registered in bugzilla.wikimedia.org)?

you can put me in (like for e.g. OpenID, RSS), but I am not yet formally the maintainer of MsUpload. I am in e-mail contact with the MsUpload authorhim, but he isn't interested in maintaining the gerrit copy of his software.

Yes, I apply to become maintainer. Someone must do that job, it's a nice extension.
