The short answer is: no, not yet.

The longer answer is we still need to investigate contentLanguage ( in Flow. Gathering use-cases now to help us decide whether that's a high-priority task would be great :)

A related recent request is "Please make it possible to translate (and read translations of) someone else's message" at . Maybe Flow can show that translations are available using a special template without having to dynamically re-parse a post. Although detecting there's a translation available is itself dynamic.
