Topic comments shown in reverse chronological order from topic history comments

Create a topic
Add 3 comments to the topic
In the Actions menu for the topic, click History
Click "3 comments" to open the collapsed view of comments
Click the "comment" link for the 3rd comment

Resulting view has the green bar on the 1st comment. Green bar should be on the 3rd comment.

This is actually the intended behavior – if you hover over the timestamps, you'll see the first 3rd comment in the topic history is the 1st comment in the topic :)

I can see how it's very confusing, though, that the topic history rollups appear in a different chronological order than the comments in the topic (topic history is most recent at the top, posts in topic are most recent at the bottom of the topic). We should fix that.

Per Maryana, this is the intended behaviour, as it matches all wiki history pages, which use reverse-chronological ordering of content changes. The most recent change is always at the top of the history, no matter where it appears in the thread (or board or wikipage).
I'm not sure how we'd make this clearer?

(Or, this might have been an issue with "grouped/enhanced" changes, and it was previously ordering them in the wrong way? If so, that is no longer the case.)
