Bug 60275 added more context to CU actions in Flow, but the link to post doesn't seem to be working. Current behavior on ee-flow:
When I CU myself, I see links to (topic|post) for each contribution. Topic takes me to the topic, and post also takes me to the topic. Expected: topic takes me to topic, post takes me to the topic AND scrolls me to the exact post.

Per the standard CU links to (diff|hist) for regular wikipage edits, and Per the ongoing overhaul of Watchlist/RC/Contribs entries, perhaps these links should be changed to match the names and targets we'll be using for those?
