This also blocks https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73496 since the old code contains a lot of the issues it tracks.

The "blocker" Use datamodel serialization in Wikibase\Client\Scribunto\EntityAccessor is more like a subtask than a separate task that blocks this one.
