I updated Names.php.

Fixed in HEAD and 1.5, will be in 1.5.6

Update was bogus, used Arabic script only. Reverted.

I don't understand why you reopened the bug, when comment 3 states that I
applied the requested change to Names.php in CVS head. The name presented for
Kurdish is now Kurdî / كوردی, as requested in the original filing. If it's not
visible on the live site yet, that merely means it's not synchronised.

If something *else* is the matter, open a different bug report.
