are not affected by this bug

Until the bug is fixed or a workaround is found the bug will break all pages
containing interlanguage links to RTL languages
ar:, arc:, dv:, fa:, he:, ks:, ps:, sd:, ug:, ur:, yi:
and to languages which names include RTL characters
(ha:), ku:, (lad:), pa:, (tk:)
or containing RTL characters.

This is why "Severity" major was selected.
