Special:AllMessages can show all messages, or filter by modified or unmodified.
It should also have an option to show messages that are identical to the source: modified locally, but the same as the source messages. It's useful to see all such messages, usually with the purpose of deleting them.

@Amire80 is this still needed in light of https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/core/+/refs/heads/master/maintenance/deleteEqualMessages.php, a maintenance script that performs such deletions?
From memory @Krinkle has run it ad-hoc previously, but its not run on the wmf cluster automatically via crontabs
Well, in that case I would say that what this ticket requests is indeed needed. Besides it is not always that the message has to be deleted (e.g. a Sitenotice most of the time on most wikis would match the content from Translatewiki, but it should not be deleted), and it is a good idea to provide humans a way to easily spot such cases.
