Management of this task is in transition from Dan Garry to myself. I'd like to start managing this project using Phabricator and migrate away from Trello.
Would it be possible to wait until Phabricator of launched, keeping using Trello in the meantime?
Sure, it would be possible. I'd prefer to start fresh with the transition of ownership over here rather than learn someone else's organizational system before starting my own, but if you feel Phabricator isn't ready for it yet *shrug*
I see, another exceptional situation. If you are not duplicating the scope of something available in Bugzilla today, you would need to start something new in Trello, and you can cope with Phabricator bring offline during the RT and Bugzilla migrations, we can talk. :)
