format of course term in URL isn't appropriate for RTL languages

The format of composing course page titles by adding the term in parentheses after the name of the course is inconveniently rigid in general. But it's especially a problem for RTL languages, because the closing parens gets moved around.

For example, here is the url for a course on

This will always be a problem, just like on any article with parentheses. We as MediaWiki can't do much about that I suppose.
