Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Add Heading
3.Add Subheading 1
4.Now go to Page Settings and set the option to show the TOC as Always

Observed Result:
In the TOC inside VE the link to hide the TOC appears as <hidetoc> instead of Hide
