Description

Please add a link to the local file description page in Media Viewer in case it ever needs editing. Currently Media Viewer cannot distinguish between local file description pages and file description pages on a shared repository like Wikimedia Commons, thus it inconsistently only displays one or the other.

Examples include testwiki:File:Example.jpg and ~~testwiki:File:Example 2.jpg~~

Steps to reproduce:

Create a local file description page when one already exists on Commons.
Link the file to another namespace title.
Observe the results in Media Viewer.
