Closing or hiding/restoring a topic, currently strikes out the entry in feeds (history, watchlist, etc). (See screenshot).
Only deletion of entries should have the "grey/italic/strikeout" applied, for consistency with [[mw:Help:RevisionDelete]].

Locked and hidden timestamps are both in <span class="mw-changeslist-date history-deleted">.
Locked is gray because it's not a link, whereas hidden gets a blue link color (more specific).
This seems easy to fix if we can just say exactly what the appearance should be. includes/TemplateHelper.php and Formatter/AbstractFormatter.php are applying history-deleted class to the timestamp when $revision['isModerated'], is only needs to be a more specific test.
I don't know if locked action should be a link?
