I ran into the following error:
In labs-vagrant I enabled the role pdfhandler
it works fine for pdf files stored locally but not for pdf-files that are loaded from commons. The error message is
"Error generating thumbnail-The source file 'B.Z.S.pdf' does not exist."

If that's a configuration problem feel free to move this error to vagrant.
