This is a Parsoid issue – interwiki links to the local wiki should be converted to local links (i.e. "[[PAGE]] instead of [[:pt:PAGE|PAGE]] on ptwiki"), and I'm pretty sure this used to happen correctly.

This is still happening. We get approximately 3 new links in this situation per day:
