VisualEditor: For all drop down boxes, the first match with check mark and highlight, loses it highlight upon hovering over it and then moving mouse out of the object

Steps to reprduce:

1.Open VE
2.Open any drop down box that comes up with a list of matching suggestions:for example:Link inspector, Category editor, template etc.
3.Type something in the text box
4.When the matching suggestions appear in the drop down box,observe that the first match which has a check mark next to it, is highlighted
5.Now mouse over that match in the drop down and

Observed Result:
The selection loses it highlight
