Once we allow access to arbitrary items on the client wiki, the client wiki needs to be notified of changes to entity redirects. Currently, turning an entity page into a redirect is treated as an entity deletion, turning a redirect into an entity is treated as restore, and the deletion (or direct creation) of a redirect is ignored. These events should be modeled explicitly by EntityChange.
