Description

Steps to reproduce:

Set UI language to English.
Edit a monolignual value.
Edit the language.
Try to search for "German".

Result: Finds nothing.

Expected: "Deutsch" should be found. ULS does support this.

The UI language names for the languages are in wgULSLanguages. Should be relatively easy to include them.
