SecurePoll: "Approval vote" ignores everything except the first and last options

Description

  1. Make a poll.
  2. Choose approval vote.
  3. Add one question, with four options.
  4. Go to vote in the poll.
  5. Only the first and last options appear.

I just tested it again and got the exact same problem, so this is definitely not fixed.

Which browser are you using? Maybe there's something off in the JS. Firefox 31 here.

If you can capture the POST data when creating the poll, that would also be helpful.
