If I try http://ru.wikipedia.org/обсуждение:википедия
It works
If I try to type in "search" field: "Обсуждение:Википедия" and hit "go", it is ok
"Обсуждение:википедия" (i.e. lowercase cyrillic pagename) it is ok
"talk:Википедия" (i.e. lowercase latin namespace) it is ok
But "обсуждение:Википедия" does not work.
Because of no auto uppercase for non-latin namespaces in "enter pagename and
press go" .
