Description

Okki reports the following bug:

"If I go to the website without login, I have the English interface. Now, if I use ?uselang=fr&setlang=fr in the url, everything is in French (interface and properties), but if I add "date de naissance" (date of birth) and I put a date in French (like "18 juillet 2014"), I get "The time value is malformed. The same date in English is ok.

Same problem occurs in italian, with data di nascita and 18 luglio 2014."

I can repro in fr. testwiki for 25 janvier in French (date malformed) with Chrome and Firefox, but not for 18 luglio 2014 in Italian. Okki can reproduce both in test.
