On beta labs,

• make sure you're in Topics and Posts view
• choose a topic that isn't collapsed
• Close topic
• Then reload the page.

The closed topic appears white with "This topic closed by <USER>" and is collapsed.

Now Reopen topic.
The closed topic redisplays gray. But it remains collapsed.

Expected behavior:

• In at least this circumstance (viewing topics and posts, topic wasn't collapsed before), reopening a topic should expand it so you see its posts.
• For bonus points, have nice animation of expansion and transition from closed white to normal gray.
