[Regression] Clicking in the document where an inspector was opened doesn't close the inspector

Description

  1. Open the link inspector away from non-whitespace text, and type some link contents.
  2. Click exactly where the cursor was in the document

Observe that the link inspector doesn't close. Clicking anywhere or typing causes the link to insert.

This is the edgiest of edge cases. You need to open the link inspector without a selection, and with whitespace either side. You also need to click in exactly the place the cursor originally was. Even then it just behaves oddly, but there is no corruption.
