The new UI supports editing of several sitelinks at once (e.g. a whole group). We need to investigate how to best handle this when making the API requests. E.g. making one request per sitelink or using wbeditentity to set the sitelinks. One crucial factor here is, considering the time it takes to set one sitelink (the backend makes an additional call to the external wiki to check the link).
