Cannot scroll dialogs or suggestions in iOS Safari

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2,Select a text
3.Open the link inspector tool for that selected text
4.Now type a link target page name
5.When the link suggestion drop down box appears ,try to scroll through it

Observed Result:

Cannot scroll through the link suggestions, this happens in both landscape and portrait mode

Environment:Betalabs, test2

Cannot scroll as in nothing happens? Or it just disappears? I think a lot of those lists closing on scroll was T67774: OOjs UI: You can't click on a scrollbar to move down a suggestions list (MenuWidget result) to pick a lower item (because it closes on click)

This is the mobile integration, where the search results are a modal window not an OOUI drop-down.
