VisualEditor: Link tool is too small when adding captions to new images

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open VisualEditor and Insert > Media.
  1. Pick and image and add a caption.
  1. Select a word and press Command-K to make an internal link.
  1. Notice that the link inspector ought to be bigger, so you can see all the new buttons.

This appears to now be fixed?

(Tested: Vector & Monobook on wmf19, wmf20, and pre-wmf21 with Firefox and Chrome.)

Works for me in Firefox 31 and Safari 6.
