Actually there is no way to save the saved pages as a backup (to transfer to other devices e.g.) or to svae the pages into the cloud to sync with other devices (e.g. google drive). This would be a good improvement.

Couldn't this be achieved by having Extension:MobileApp set up a simple preference (or even just use an arbitrary 'userjs-'-prefixed one), then use api.php?action=options to manage the contents of the list of saved pages?
