Charinsert gadget appears bottom instead top of page

[wikisource-de] Since a few days the toolbar for special character appears at the bottom of the pr2- single-edit-page. (see attachement). It is a medium disaster (for the editor usability), please restore.

Thanks for the bug report. I believe that the root issue is the same as bug 69447 but I don't close it as duplicate because it is not obvious.

You seem to be requesting the opposite of what other users want. See:

Is there a solution hidden? Can't find....
Is it possible to get a simple, suitable solution (for further transmission)?

The fix for bug 69447 will be deployed tomorrow. Someone should re-test this then and see if it's magically fixed.

This is the default (intended) behavior of the gadget [1]. Have you tried setting
window.charinsertMoveHigh = true;
on your personal JavaScript[2]?

Also, notice that as I said in the link mentioned on comment 3, the script from ProofreadPage changes the order of a few elements[3] in the page (and I'm not sure what is the purpose of that).
