Webstatscollector counting CentralAutoLogin requests again since 2014-07-07

Description

When migrating webstatscollector's filter process from erbium to
oxygen on 2014-07-07 for bug 67456, it seems an old filter binary got used
and effectively the CentralAutoLogin requests got counted again.

CentralAutoLogin requests should vanish soon again.

The deployment worked, and Special:CentralAutoLogin/ requests are
gone again.

The first affected file is

The first good file after the fix is

Setting status to fixed again, as the issue at hand has been fixed already.
The change from comment #3 just helps to prevent this kind of regression
from happening again.
