Those are two different pages on Wiktionary that show the image description page
for a single
image on the Commons, http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:En-us-omnipotence.ogg
The problem is that the first page lists a link to the file, and the second
doesn't. Since the Commons is a case-insensitive wiki, both pages on Wiktionary
should show the same links.
