Entire suggestion block is not clickable in IE 8

Description

You are supposed to be able to click the entire suggestion block (causing you to go to the suggested page). In IE 8, this is not (consistently) true. For example, the text block ending with "ago" is not clickable.

Not present in IE 9-11.
