Make Map warper be recognized as a connected app

When trying to connect to map warper with my account on Wikimedia Commons I get a error. The content of the message on Commons is below


Application Connection Error

"Wikimedia Commons Project Wikimaps Warper" is no longer approved as a
Connected App, contact the application author for help.

Connected OAuth app not approved, E005

Thanks - I'm awaiting approval from an admin for this. The application is in proposal stage so the message is not quite correct as it has not been approved in the past. I expect the approval to come soon.

So...the OAuth admins had not looked at my application for over a month and so the application has expired!

A new application is being written. I will CC the OAuth Admins when completed.

Actually, all fixed!

The application was not expired - it was not in the list of my proposed application because it had actually been approved!

Sorry. We can call this issue closed if the originator can log in via the app now.

Yes I can log in with my credentials from Wikimedia Commons now.

The same problem appears again.

The MapWarper has new updates which require the OAuth to be reaaproved. If you have created an account in the Warper, you can use that, or you can create an additional account for events like this.

The new OAuth consumer registration has been approved, so it should be all be working now. Will close this issue if others can log in again. Many thanks!
