please set it to render them in local number

I'm guessing Upstream was for Ploticus... Considering T338098: Port EasyTimeline from Ploticus to DataDraw and that Ploticus is unsupported for 9.5 years, the upstream tag is never going to happen.

This tasks can of course be remedied by other means (ie replacing the library)...

Restoring Upstream tag and unstalling since Ploticus is apparently still being maintained by someone at Debian even if the original maintainers have abandoned it: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/ploticus shows semi-active commit activity,
