I was thinking more to whether the link should be so prominent. The main issue seems to be the proximity to "About this talk page"

I think we just need a temporary solution.
Easiest thing would be to either:
Ah, ok, you mean in beta :) I'm unsure, which link is less important as the other (so which should be at the less prominent place at the bottom and which at the top) :/
Maybe just put it at bottom of page for the time being. I think this would be the easiest thing to do.

Removed patch-for-review, for now we only moved the link to the button, but the main problem still exists :)
this is good enough.
It's still not clear what we do about talk on mobile (e..g how flow fits into that).
I'm closing on the basis this will get some design attentive when it gets productised. For time being this will do :)
