In Wikimedia Commons a user can click "Uploads" for a list of his uploads. Once listed, there is the checkbox option "Include old versions of images". Its default state seems to be checked. If you uncheck it and click the Go button, the page reloads with the checkbox checked again and your list of uploads still contains old versions.

In order to actally generate a listing without old versions it is necessary to change ilshowall=1 to ilshowall=0 in the browser's location bar.
